Environmental Site AssessmentIndustrial Site Assessment, NBStrum was retained to carry out an environmental site assessment at an industrial site where a myriad of past heavy industrial activities had been undertaken. The role was to develop a detailed site history through a Phased Site Assessment, ESA I through III. This involved extensive historical review, site visit and audit of activities. Drilling was undertaken, and sampling was completed. Identified of large quantities of hazardous waste required characterization. This project was significant in scope and required follow up assessment in several areas to enable full scale delineation of vertical and horizontal impacts in soil and groundwater prior to remedial action plan development and clean up.
