Environmental Approvals and PermittingAlternative Energy ProjectsStrum has been increasingly involved in alternative energy projects. Recently we participated in a tidal energy demonstration project where a test facility was being developed and a new turbine technology was being documented. Our involvement in this exciting technology marks our first tidal demonstration project. As well, Strum is actively involved in an exciting Nova Scotia wind power project. Strum is playing an ongoing and leading role in assessment of site conditions and biophysical characterisation involving the planning, routing and design of roads, access ways and turbine tower placement locations.
