Our Project Managers are highly skilled at putting together and managing the best team while ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality and cost effectiveness. Our client communications and cost tracking systems are unparalleled, which any of our clients can attest to. Recently, Strum Environmental developed an in-house management software system to aid our project managers in administering projects. This software tool allows Strum to track job progress and budgets minute-to-minute, and document all communications with clients, suppliers and regulators. This software program is one more tool which allows Strum to keep our clients up to date on all aspects of the project as they arise.
