This allows regulatory agencies to know that development is occurring, but responsibly and effectively. Crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s are important to regulators and the public and at the same time, protects the developer.

Strum also has experience in development of screening documentation required on larger scale projects involving Federal lands or funding.  Recent projects include a significant infill project in a major city, a tidal generation project in the Bay of Fundy and all regulatory processes associated with development of a large commercial marina in Halifax.
