Strum has extensive expertise remediating heating oil spills. Our rapid response teams quickly assess sites for impact scenarios, then develop assessment and remedial action plans to mitigate and clean the spill up. Remedial techniques use a combination of excavation, vapour extraction and risk assessment techniques to reinstate residential, apartment and commercial sites. Key to any clean up is rapid response followed by measured steps to mitigate additional damage. Reducing the need to remove impacted soils from the site through careful site supervision dramatically reduces both cost and time spent at the site. Project completion follows site reinstatement which allows project closure through NSDEL Record of Site Condition (RSC) or Certificate of Compliance (CoC) processes.
