Large Site Real Estate Transfer Management

Strum coordinated all aspects of site assessment, remedial planning and implementation and closure development at a significant real estate transfer in the 30 million dollar range. This site was in dire need of fuel system upgrade and assessment revealed that buried storage tanks across 17 sites would need assessment and eventually replacement. Clean up coordination was carried out by Strum along with tendering of tank replacement systems, remedial excavation and planning and long term close out monitoring activities as specified under regulatory requirements. Successful management of aspects of this project facilitated a real estate transfer process which achieved the goals of both the buyer and seller.
