Multiple Phase I/II Assessments, Atlantic Canada

Strum is retained to carry out hundreds of Phase I and II assessments across Atlantic Canada annually. As part of a chartered bank's commercial portfolio divestiture, Strum coordinated all aspects of this work. All site work was time sensitive and involved many sites with long commercial histories. Many sites required remedial work, involving tank pull tendering and supervision, remedial design and supervision and closure development.
