Commercial Site Assessment

Strum was retained to coordinate and reach closure for a 30 million dollar transfer of twenty, four storey multi-floor apartment buildings. This project involved an extensive assessment of past fuel heating practices at the sites, uncovering impacts in soil and groundwater from damaged tanks and fuel systems at all locations. Strum managed all aspects of this project, using risk assessment and various remedial methods under tight timeframes to ensure the deal was completed. Strum followed through and reached closure and acceptance of Certificate of Compliance by regulatory authorities.
