Environmental Site AssessmentCommunity College Assessments, Nova Scotia Campuses Strum was retained by NSCC to conduct Phase I ESAs at four of the NSCC campuses. This project was undertaken as part of a 123 million dollar development initiative and also included detailed Quantitative Hazardous Materials Surveys. The objective of this assessment was to determine potential liabilities associated with future site renovations. The buildings that were assessed ranged from 90,000 to 250,000 sq. ft. in size. The sites have complex histories including a multitude of operations over an extended period of time (i.e. mechanics, machining, electrical, etc.). The Phase I ESAs were completed in accordance with the CSA Z768-01 Standard and were delivered on time and on budget. >>>Return to Environmental Site Assessment<<<
