Strum was retained to complete a comprehensive risk assessment of a major corrugator/printing plant in the Burnside Industrial Park. A desktop review and site visit was completed to facilitate the identification of potential environmental risks and liabilities associated with the site's operations and infrastructure. An in-depth site process review in conjunction with determination of relevant by-laws, provincial and federal regulations was completed. Risks were assessed and quantified based on Strum risk assessment protocols. An on-going Environmental Risk Management Plan was developed to include risk treatment options, costs for risk reduction, and objectives and targets. On-going involvement at the plant auditing and monitoring the site's environmental performance based on established criteria, has been completed.
