Geotechnical Services, Large Site Development

A current project under way by Strum Geotechnical services group involves the provision of a wide range of site assessment, development and supervision at a commercial development estimated at well over 50 million. Site conditions, development of site works plans and dealing with materials cut and fill practice in context of a number of site constraints is key. Included are the presence of wetlands assets, watercourse alteration requirements, development of acidified slate development protocols and high slope constraints.
